How could overturning Roe vs Wade affect the legality of states supporting abortions? The south has, and often still does, tout the civil war as being a ‘states rights’ issue (it was not). This could clearly be one of those in allowing some states to control what other states could and could not do. [npr.org] BTW Since this issue arose a record amount of donations have been given toward helping women acquire an abortion.
