In the world of online dating and the need to get to know someone ASAP to weed out time wasters or non starters;....What two or three questions would you ask someone to get the most information about who a person truly is?
What are you most proud of?
If you could go forward or backward in your life, where would you prefer to go? Why then/there?
If you could change one thing (that you had the power to do differently at the time), what would it be?
Who are you? Not that one.... the other you?
Is there any others?
In second best case scenario, What are you looking for?
Omg! Too funny ?
@Hazydays Thank You.... trying to put a smile in you on such a serious subject.
@GipsyOfNewSpain it worked. Hilarious ?
It depended on how inclusive their profile was. But one was : "what do you enjoy doing most when you have time, and are alone ?"
And : "what would be your ideal outcome of meeting someone ?"
Thank you for your comment. The first one is thought provoking but the last one I would personally find pointless asking, since we are already both in the same situation looking for love.
I don’t really think there’s any quick way to “weed” a garden. It always seems to take lots of work and patience. So I would never start off asking weeding questions. I’d start off just observing from a distance, getting an intuitive impression, and seeing if anything organic naturally grows in that space so held.
And while I would not likely ever pose them as direct questions (because people don’t always even know the answers, or communicate them well in words if they do) the info I’d be wanting to suss would be:
Who is your broker for your IRA and 401K?
What is your pets name?
Which accounting firm do you use?
I only dated white collar ladies. My questions are superficial to some and on point with others.
If someone wants to private message and asks for my email address, asks to be exclusive, etc., I want to know their name so I can google it and check up on them. Too many scammers around.
