Seems more like "Gun Bless America" as the U.S. is "blessed" with many guns at an average of 1.2 guns for every adult. We also are "blessed" with lots of anger issues, rudeness, road rage, intolerance, racism, etc., etc., etc.

I don't have the answer, but sure seems we should try what is working for other countries with less of a gun violence problem... um, less guns, and more grace, tolerance, inclusiveness, respectful dialog.

Let's hope our government does something, perhaps something more than just raising the age, which is a good idea, but how about also a moratorium on AR-15's for a while, we have plenty in circulation. Maybe we need some odd legislation like No Gun Sales until we've gone 100 days without a mass shooting, or some such thing. How about buying back un-wanted guns to donate to NATO or some better use for guns other than mass killings within our country. How many guns get stolen each year? I don't know.

Yes, there are responsible gun owners, but there have to be consequences for the whole group of gun owners if they can't keep their own under control. Teach more gun safety, teach when to use a gun and when not to, haha, offer anger management classes as a prerequisite to buying weapons? I don't know. I'm glad I live in a state with pretty strict gun laws and mostly chill people.

This just shows how utterly sick and twisted our culture has become. A significant number of people in the U.S. seem to simply not care about other human beings. They won't give an inch on gun laws regardless of how many lives it would save. Guns would be bought and sold like candy if it were up to them. It's some sort of sickness that I will never understand.

That is the one issue where American Exceptionalism actually means something.
