So let me see if I've got this straight. Gun rights are constitutionally protected. An American citizen has the right to bear arms in the event they need to overthrow the government should the government become oppressive, fascist and/or dictatorial. Do I have that republican opinion on gun rights correct?

Yet which party has shown itself to be oppressive, fascist and dictatorial. Clearly events over the past number of years demonstrates that through voting by republicans for republicans and through appointments made by those republicans our country under republican leadership is going down the road to fascism supporting an obvious fascist in Donald Trump.

I think it's all very obvious but unfortunately most voting republicans simply don't understand the depths of their own ignorance and the results that come from it.

Biden should unpack the court. Or, he can shut it down. The Republican justices have violated their oaths and their loyalty to the country to further their religious agenda. That kind of sedition deserves the most severe penalty, even if it isn't outlined in the constitution. This judicial coup needs to be deeply investigated and stopped.

@FvckY0u It's also not that strong of an argument. The Supremacy Clause means that federal law and the US Constitution override state laws if they conflict.

Of course, now we have morons with a theory that State legislatures aren't bound by the Constitution (federal or state) or the courts and can pass whatever laws they like for runnning elections- including nullifying voters, gerrymandering themselves in office for life, you name it. And 3 moronic Justices who seem to go along with it. (I didn't mention the names Thomas, Alito, or Gorsuch, but don't you just know that's the three?)

Dems allowed this Judicial coup to succeed by not fighting it strongly enough, as strongly as McConnell fought us on Garland, and conceding the confirmations. It would be a ballsy but just as legal a move to add Justices, put the MOGUL 3 up for reconfirmation after he's found guilty of a crime, and impeach Thomas with extreme prejudice. All 3 will require Maj Leader Chuck to simply proceed and not answer the objections beyond a curt "We have full authority for it."

@rainmanjr What is MOGUL 3? Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, & Barrett? If Trump can send Proud Boys to murder Congress, those justices should get all the prejudice that put them there. The GQP have shown they won't give quarter; neither should we. It's war; might as well get down to it.

@racocn8 MOGUL is the code name given 45 on 1/6 so it's his 3 Justices, yes.
