Currently in the hospital. They think I'm having a heart attack. Fun times.

Update: false alarm. Chest still hurts but they said heart is fine.

Good to know. Any idea yet what is causing the chest pains?

Doctor said something about a muscle strain or something.

@Melbates sounds familiar. That’s the usual line when they don’t know. That or anxiety attack. I’ve had that suggested the one time I thought I was having a heart attack. At least it’s not a heart attack in your case. Hope you feel better soon.

Muscle strain? Dafuq? I dunno. Just looked at discharge papers. Only says chest wall pain. No final diagnosis given.

@Melbates I was having chest pains so bad it felt like someone hit my chest with a sledge hammer. It was later determined to be stress related. That's when I first began to see a psy doc.
I hope they will look into it and determine the cause.
