You know, people in my life tell me I'm a good singer, but when I post a video of me singing on twitter and it gets no likes I realize maybe I'm not as good as my friends say 
It really hits my self esteem and makes me wonder if they're lying about my writing too. Ugh...it took a lot of courage to post that video clip, too, even though it was just a few lines.
I know it's silly but strangers are more honest

Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.There it is! You are distracting from your voice, which appears to be a good singing voice. Your video was mocking and brief, as if you're singing only to make a joke and not for your voice to be heard. If you want people to comment on your voice, belt it out, be confident of it, don't distract with props, UNLESS the props don't distract. Between the action figure and the hesitation, it seemed as though you were singing reluctantly.
Make another video with your voice front and center. Add attitude. Give it some cadence and emotion.
If at first you don't succeed, try try again. Hope you'll post a 2nd attempt and give us a chance to critique that one, too!

LadyA, are you posting other things that might distract from or compete with the video of your singing? Make sure your video is front and center. And I think the other comments are spot on: this group of friends would give you a fair assessment.

Yes I agree post it on here I want to hear you sing too. I really admire someone who can sing. I couldn’t carry a tone if it was in a bucket. I may have the worst voice in the world for singing. Lol
