Rand Paul, essentially calling veterans liars as he stands and protests the PACT act.
Is it ironic or hypocritical that Paul, who called on Americans to ignore the CDC is using CDC statistics?
I still remember Paul's hero, tRump, once called sildiers 'losers.' What can you expect from a person full of bone spur (even some in his skull). Curious as to Paul's service record.
Paul never served.
@Beowulfsfriend Of course. Since we have the volunteer military many politicians have never served and have no idea what people in the military go through.
I suspect this little guy has a small weenie.
Your video link failed. Was it this:
One aspect about Paul that makes him perhaps more ideologically consistent though perhaps still wrong would be how much of a warhawk he is. I’m probably thinking more of his dad. I’m more a hawk than Ron Paul was. Not so sure about Rand. Yet he might not be the sort of Republican neocon (Darth Cheney, Bill Kristol, etc) who was 100% for our wars on terror. OTOH Rand Paul seems more a budget hawk than I am and that’s where part of the issue lies.
The CDC citation itself is a bit odd if he’s one of those tin foilers who despise the three letter agencies.
But Paul may not be coming at our wars on terror (one being an actual farce in Iraq) from the same exact position as a majority of the GOP. That doesn’t make him any less wrong.
Thanks. Same words different outlet. I'm away and not at computer to change it. Phone - slightly comp literate.
Repubs feel immune to charges of hypocrisy, so, to answer your ?, it is both ironic and hypocritical for him to do those things, but he couldn't give a shit how it looks... BTW, the video won't play...
