Agree with 1st part "Critical thinking is thinking about your thinking while you're thinking"
but I am not sure about the 2nd part, that this makes my thinking any better. I may be fooling myself since I can't by myself escape my own biases.

And here I thought I only thought of these thoughts while I was thinking in a critical manner. I try to control this over thinking because it just gets way out of hand.
