President Biden is using the bully pulpit. Sadly NBC was the only broadcast channel that covered the speech.

Actually, I agree.
Next on the agenda... Legalize cannabis nationwide. Be sure to allow for home growing too.

At least change marijuana to a schedule 2 drug. That wouldn't even be controversial.

MSNBC had it & is playing clips pretty much endlessly....

Yes but it was only covered live on broadcast TV by NBC. I don't have cable, but I can steal everything (my secret) 47% households in US don't have cable, telco or any pay TV.

C-SPAN recorded Biden’s speech; you can hear all of it or selected clips.

C-SPAN also recorded the GOP’s McCarthy saying he wants Biden to apologize for saying millions of Americans are fascists. McCarthy doesn’t know truth when he hears it.

It was a great speech so really sorry to hear it was mostly ignored.
