During the summer I puree a variety of fruits, including strawberries, blueberries, and bananas and store jars of that in the deep freeze, I still have several jars in the deep freeze now. On Sunday I will thaw and mix the fruit with Greek yogurt, chia seeds, flax meal, and oatmeal. then I will store it in bowls in the fridge and grab one for breakfast each morning. During the summer I will also make salads with red cabbage and other vegetables.

@Jolanta That is my intention, plus quick! My breakfast is simple so have more time for other stuff before I have to go to work.
