I would also add that 2 or 3 conglomerates control almost all of the dating sites and apps., so no wonder the products and services keep getting shittier all the time, while the prices keep going up. They don't give a shit at all about helping people actually connect and find compatible partners, they just care about raking in as much money as possible... That is the American way of business these days, buy or eliminate your competition, then make your product or service as cheap as possible for you, since you have no real competition, then raise the prices all you want, because you can and your customers have no where else to go that is better or cheaper.
