Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.Is he having troubles feeding them or are they breaking the law and harming others locally? People come and people go. They always have been doing this. Some have papers and some do not. It takes a special kinda cop to even know if the papers are real. This makes his remarks totally political.
