This is rather big news. If the Saudi's/ OPEC start trading in a BRICS currency rather than $USD, it will be the end of the $Petro and the $USD will lose its status as default world currency.

It’s important news for the rest of the world. The US’s been a superpower for the last century, and now it might be time for it to go. It’s the course of history, and nothing can last forever. The question is how smooth this transition will be. It didn’t start well, and I doubt it will continue differently in the future. It’s time to make investments in stable and valuable assets like gold, silver, and real estate. You can read more about what you can do now at [tradingproperly.com]. I think it’s high time to act to be able to ensure at least some kind of stability in the future.

I fear the US wants to go out with a bang rather than a whimper. I find it ironic that sanctions, especially weaponising SWIFT by banning Russia, is hastening the demise.

Western analysts love to claim Putin's invasion of Ukraine was a mistake. Putin is one of the smartest leaders in our generation, and he had eight years to plan this war. And despite the twaddle flowing out of Washington and the lamestream western media, America's control of the world economy is more shaken than it's been since the end of WW2. We may well be witnessing the death of the petrodollar and American global hegemony.
