Two British TV series return for me to watch here in the U.S. DOC MARTIN, a comedy/drama is returning for its10th and last season even though the first season was in 2004. SHETLAND, is a police procedural mainly about DI Jimmy Perez on the Shetland Islands off of Scotland. Shetland will return for another season, but without Douglas Henshall as DI Perez. I think both have been excellent series. I find it amusing that I need closed-caption for Shetland because of their Scottish accents, but not for Doc Martin.
