You know that video circulating around on various social media platforms that depicted Ukrainian Azov Battalion members crucifying and then setting fire to Russian POWs? Well, it's a bunch of unverified horseshit that's been all over the Net since about 2015, and certainly has nothing to do with the recent Russia/Ukraine conflict. A Twitter account, cannot remember the name now, recently shared the video in question, and the avatar for said account was the communist hammer & sickle. No one in their right mind should ever take such people seriously, and the Russian bots aren't that clever...

There is no evidence that Azov soldiers are burning Russian soldiers alive on a cross, and the video circulating on the Internet is seven years old and has nothing to do with the Russian invasion of Ukraine-

Nope, No Nazis here . . . . Oh, wait, what is this . . . . a Nazi discovered at a Russian checkpoint . . .
[vk.com]

Never said there weren't any nazis at all in Ukraine, as I'm sure there are just like over here in the US. What I do question though is just how serious a threat is nazism in Ukraine? 900-1,200 nazis is not exactly what I'd call a serious threat, so much that Russia had to invent an excuse in order to invade Ukraine. Also, if you distrust Ukrainian sources of intel then fair enough, but I'd also suggest not trusting in any Russian sources either, as the Russian Government is capable of lying just like any other Government out there. Please note my restraint on talking about neo-nazis operating in the Wagner Group, which is a Russian-based mercenary group, which would be a threat on par with the Azov nazi threat.

@SpikeTalon There is nothing that says that if one party is constantly lying that it follows that the other party is constantly lying. However, I can prove beyond the shadow of a doubt that NATO and the US has been lying its ass off. THESE are the irrefutable facts:

From Der Spiegel, November 26, 2009 :
NATO's Eastward Expansion: Did the West Break Its Promise to Moscow?
What the US secretary of state said on Feb. 9, 1990 in the magnificent St. Catherine's Hall at the Kremlin is beyond dispute. There would be, in Baker's words, "no extension of NATO's jurisdiction for forces of NATO one inch to the east," provided the Soviets agreed to the NATO membership of a unified Germany. Moscow would think about it, Gorbachev said, but added: "any extension of the zone of NATO is unacceptable."

The 2014 coup was backed by the USA, remember the recording of Victoria Nuland, selecting who would become the leaders, and saying "F**k the EU".

Obama admitted his role in the US-supported coup in Ukraine. (First video link below).
Victoria Nuland, Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs at the United States Department of State, admits in the second video that the USA supported the Ukrainian coup with 5 billion dollars. Note the Chevron symbol in the background of the video. John McCain (Senator Lovewar himself) and Victoria Nuland were in Ukraine in December 2013 amid the mass anti-government protests. (The third video is of John McCain in Ukraine addressing protesters.) During the visit, McCain met with Ukrainian opposition leaders in the country’s capital of Kiev, voicing his support for the protests, adding that he saw Ukraine’s future with Europe.
Obama admits the US-sponsored coup:

Victoria Nuland . . . 5 Billion recently, with Chevron symbol behind her
John McCain in Ukraine addressing protesters
John McCain and Lindsey Graham in Ukraine, encouraging Ukrainian soldiers to take Donesk, contrary to the Minsk Agreements
Biden's youngest son, Hunter Biden was hired to the board of Burisma Holdings, Ukraine’s largest private gas producer. The proxy Ukraine war is all about profit. The Eastern part of Ukraine is the major oil and gas producing region of Ukraine accounting for approximately 90 per cent of Ukrainian production and according to EIA (The American Energy Information Administration) may have 42 tcf (trillion cubic feet) of shale gas resources technically recoverable from 197 tcf of risked shale gas in place.

Donbass after the US-sponsored coup: Anne-Laure Bonnel

Three major corporations bought millions of acres of land in Ukraine immediately after the coup . . . . no planning there at all, right?
[oaklandinstitute.org]
This is the butt naked clown the USA government has such a hard on for, that they are sending 51 Billion of our tax dollars to. .

@SpikeTalon

IF Nazism were not a major force in Ukraine, why therefore would the US even contemplate doing THIS, even after it allows YouTube and similar sites to ban Nazi propaganda . . . . . this is disgraceful. [digitallibrary.un.org]

"N UNITED STATES"

@Archeus_Lore Again, never said Ukraine or the US were totally innocent, and I'm sure both are involved in dark profits of the sorts. That coup that happened back in 2014 in Ukraine went far beyond just Ukraine cozying up to NATO, as Russia's annexation of Crimea was criminal and they had no business doing that, and Russia's move there is what ultimately brought on the following coup.- [history.co.uk]

Putin's invasion (again) of Ukraine earlier this year was a result of his longstanding grudge against the Ukrainian citizens, most of whom which desire to remain independent of Russia despite Russian Government propaganda trying to claim otherwise. As for all those corporations who bought up the land etc, yeah that makes sense as they probably had a good idea that Putin was going to soon attempt another aggressive move, which they would have been correct about.

Not denying nazism is still a thing in some countries including ours, but regarding Ukraine specifically the question still remains just how big of a problem is nazism in that country? Any and all unbiased intel that I've observed would indicate that problem is minimal, and that the real reason why Putin invaded Ukraine was to takeover the country and absorb it back into the Russian Federation, which in turn would only increase Putin's own power stronghold and clout. One thing does remain quite clear... regardless of what you may think about NATO and the crimes they may have committed behind closed doors, it cannot be denied by any truly sane or rational person that the Russian Government is committing war crimes against Ukrainian civilians. There's enough evidence out there that documented Russian atrocities against civilians and civilian infrastructure, and I take issue with that even more than any petty crimes NATO may have committed. Putin is not some sort of martyr, he's a bloodthirsty tyrant. Zelensky is far from perfect or totally honest either, but at least he's not a homicidal maniac invading other countries.

@SpikeTalon Your comment seems to pivot around Putin's invasion of Ukraine. The article I posted above from Der Spiegel clearly outlines why the invasion was necessary, in fact where exactly would you expect Russia to draw the line, should they wait till they are surrounded by nuclear weapons and NATO troops? That would be stupidity.

@SpikeTalon Zelensky not a homicidal maniac? I guess you did not bother to learn what Ukraine has been doing in Donbass, as outlined in the video I posted - Donbass after the US-sponsored coup: Anne-Laure Bonnel AND John MCcain and Lindsey Graham in Ukraine. You can't continue a discussion with me if you think you can ignore evidence I post, because that is not a conversation.

@SpikeTalon As for ****NAZIS**** Perhaps if you will not believe a Russian source, you will believe an American source . . . . [nbcnews.com]

@SpikeTalon Nope, no problem here, at least before February of 2022 . . . .
