Plymouth Rock hens lay brown eggs, so we get a lot of them in New England.


Although they may seem the same on the inside, they still should be used in separate “affinity omelets.”


I don't understand the significance of the image. Is that my brain on drugs? Is this supposed to be serious or is it just some sort of silly yolk? 😀

I believe it is to show that just because the outside of the egg is a different color does not mean the inside is a different color yolk. All of us humans may look different on the outside, but we all bleed the same color. 😉
