I would put that probability as being more that 5% - - totally possible. I'd say that they'd have to have come up with classified documents that Biden could have handled. If they aren't, it would be completely suspicious.

Unfortunately, it is likely that many of the findings of the investigations will not be revealed. It is certainly improbable that the Biden case Federalist prosecutor can be trusted to be honest.

I'm sure that's an aspect being investigated but any evidence of it would simply be tagged as fake by Cons. Highly disappointing that society can miss glaring differences so easily but there it is. Neither will likely be charged and a sitting POTUS simply can't be charged (possibly not former ones, either). Apparently it doesn't matter what criminal acts they pursue. With 45 in charge of our House the timing is suspicious to me.
