Anyone else exhausted by unwarranted and unmitigated superiority of those who claim religion in all aspects of their life? I'm especially sick of hearing it from television/sports/all celebs.

RIGHT! As if their big sky buddy carefully watches the opposing team and then...at the most propitious moment, causes someone to drop the ball so that WE can WIN! Apparently, Jebus has lots of time on his hands.

Yes.. especially during the acceptance speeches of Actors that have won some accolade or other they invariably put their good fortune down to god or jesus etc makes me want to throw-up..not due to any intolerance of Religion...but because I am absolutely convinced that half of them could care less about god or jesus ...they are simply saying what they believe is expected by their fans, media, and family. Hypocrisy at it's worst. If God wanted or assisted them in winning an Oscar, Bafta, Golden Globe,or Cannes D'Or why doesn't he fucking help my neighbours innocent child from the constant unbearable pain of bone cancer??

The owner of a local "premium" gym has a license plate frame that says "Blessed". I found that message to be highly offensive.

As far as I know we don't get it a lot here, (U.K) mind you I probably wouldn't 'get it' if I heard it but I don't remember god being mentioned except on thought for the day which is on the radio'
There is a brilliant radio series though called "Old Harry's Game a sitcom based in hell Andy Hamilton is the devil.

I’ve always wanted to get on TV for some sort of major error, and blame it on Jesus during the highlight interview. Sports or otherwise.
“So I scored nothing that round, thanks to the lord.”
“I’d have probably gotten some yardage there but Jesus tripped me up at the line of scrimmage”
“Thanks a lot Jesus, for making me fall asleep with that cigarette and high ball of whisky.”

I don't like it when they say, "God bless America" or "God bless you", or God bless whatever. Who the heck do they think they are telling God what to do?

I really don't enjoy any god comments for any reason. It sometimes even makes me angry. I don't read newspapers and, thank goodness, there is a mute button the tv. The internet? Moving on is only a click away.

It’s weird how pervasive it is when you start actually paying attention. Everyone is giving god credit for everything ?.

I don't watch TV and only read selected magazines and books.

Yeah, I tire of it, too. It's part of life, and most of the time I shut it out like the commercials on television.

Id be happy if I never hear it mentioned again

No doesn't bother me at all. Of course I have not watched t.v. in about two years, or bothered to read a news paper. I Don't have the time or desire to keep up with fads nor the interest in what the media wants me to think.
