Yes, the Republicans. They have others asking stressfully "how are we going to pay for that?" They act as if they never heard of sales tax and do not buy anything. Also, an included sales tax increase in the vote takes effect later having you ask yourself where in the hell that came from.

Excessive sales taxes lead to a thriving black market economy and a poverty-stricken administration.
Far better to have a reasonable sales tax percentage, and then impose punitive penalties, including confiscation of assets and/or gaol★ for non-declaration of any tax liable activity.
★ Non English speakers:- read Jail for gaol !!!

I've lived in three high sales tax states (WA, NV, UT) and they suck.
