Unfortunately, religion does not follow reason or logical mental paths.

A very few will get it, but for most religious persons, they are fully practicing willful ignorance, and fo them you may as well be explaining this to a potato.

Except...well 1000's holes in that arguement. I don't think the two naturally follow. I don't think there was a 'son of god' type creature but I think Jesus knocked about.

... but probably only in some Roman spin doctor's mind.
