The noose is closing around the Catholic Church, and hopefully other religious denominations in the developed world. One reason they are retreating to the poorer countries mainly Africa.

Good start but the church usually skips out on the bill

It might not be quite so easy for the Rotten Catholic Church to skip out under Victorian law.

Only in the "religion loving" politics of the USA.
