Ladies. Do not underrate yourselves.

Studies show that women are less likely to work in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) than men.

A quick look around the internet shows varying statistics around the world. I know the US is focusing on young women in STEM. Local high schools have science clubs for girls and scholarships, too. it'll happen!

When I graduated high school, it would've been nearly impossible for me to obtain scholarship funding for medical school. Everyone "KNEW" women just get married and quit. But then, DIRT WAS DISCOVERED 🙂 and look at the statistics of women in medicine now.
