This was a lively site before the security issue came up, after the admin seems to have left us on our own. We now have dwindling participation. I'm so happy to hear about members of this site finding their significant others here.

To collect photos of yourself that reflect the "real you" is difficult unless you have someone who can snap some photos of you doing things you enjoy. If you shove your camera in the hands of a family member or even a stranger passing by (if you can trust people in your area) to snap a photo, you might find one or two you like out of the bunch.

If you are serious in wanting to get your images out into the community in hopes of meeting people online, you might invest in a reasonably priced mini-photo shoot. Photographers with good equipment and ideas on posing you or having you walking or playing might surprise you. I finally hired a photographer friend for a mini-shoot last fall, and I'm glad I did. Just to have a recent photo of yourself is a good idea, in case you ever go missing!
