Are people starting to lose their sense of humour?
I know humour is subjective before anyone states the obvious . My question is with all this "I find that offensive""let's take everyone's feelings into consideration" "far left " stuff are people losing their sense of humour ?

From a British point of view, there is the idea that those of us on the left are puritanical by nature and not amused. In fact, surprisingly religiousity here is traditionally more aligned to the political left. Where the right are more likely to be hardnosed money grabbers. I do find myself tut tutting at casual racism, sexism or homophobia like that is even acceptable. I can laugh though
