Easy fix, get rid of the Patriot Act as it gives the executive too much power. When Trump was in this legislation came up for renewal. Loud protests were already common complaining of Trump's unorthodox manner and unpredictability from democrats, yet they extended this power that can be abused by Presidents. Isn't that strange?
Tells me who is really running the show there ie not Congress or the WH. It's the people who pay them (not taxpayers).
