Environmental activists, politicians, etc claim mining for coal is detrimental to the environment but the truth is strip mining for the minerals for batteries is far worse not including the disposal of the old batteries in landfills where chemicals leach into ground water and soil

People do not realize that the tremendous amount of additional electricity needed for the shitload of all these mandated electric vehicles will result in more pollution due to the additional coal generated electricity needed to charge these electric cars ,yet they are against using coal ,typical of the brainwashed liberal mentality
