Tracy Totty ran over two Honduran immigrants in their driveway 15 months ago!!
The women was NEVER arrested!! In fact, two months after the accident, the spouse of victim A hired a lawyer because the cops kept giving her the run around.
Clearly Tracy was “somebody”, and the immigrants were “nobodies”…..
Now 15 months later the charges and arrest warrant magically appear, and to everyone’s amazement Tracy is MIA…..
The entire PD involved needs dismantling…..

The responding officers clearly were instructed to not charge her the day of the wreck. Not a single charge of any kind was brought forth until 15 months later. The whole while they’re telling the victims family they’re waiting on blood results.
You don’t need blood results to arrest someone for wreckless driving or speeding……
Makes you wonder who the fuck she is and who she knows.

Shameful..these drunks need to be taken off the roads, period.
