Yup, peace without justice, is just tense non-violence, only temporary, while the sides reload, and the next violent conflict breaks out. That is why I hate midwest culture, because it consists of social harmony based on peace at any price, with open conflict being outlawed by strict social norms and pressure to conform to it, while meanwhile, the assholes get away with being shitty to other people, and never being called on it, and organizations continue to do their shitty internal political games, because it's not allowed to openly confront them on their shit either. So the rot festers and grows, without ever being dealt with or reformed, until somebody finally loses it, and things get ugly really fast..
