The man says, “Do as you're told!”
That's not very nice. Nowadays, the man is the TV and it's much kinder and gentler.
The TV says, “Think as you're told.”

The TV might say that if you are caught up constant one sided news that tells you what you already want to believe. Many of those we disagree with get their news from a different feed. That's what I tell others when politics gets heated a bit. I'm quick to point out our news comes from sources. This is why we will not agree.

On the other hand, I grew up with TV. It has been a part of my life for so long. I work 2 days a week and then binge watch movies, TV shows, and series shows all the rest of the time. The local theater has something on, but I might watch it on my big screen here at home. I have mastered the technology to do these things. I also have a free cable TV lineup of over 110 channels. The movie industry is terribly up set about things like this but it all started when they decided to use the Internet to send screener copies of films to movie critics. Some of these guys posted them secretly. The industry got so bad it is hard to tell today what is legal and what is not. Anyway, there I went bragging but I see by your location that what I am doing with all this would not help you at all.
