Another option is to sleep alone! I slept on a different floor than my husband for many years when we were married. After we divorced, he got help with his snoring, haha!

One thing not mentioned is to get people off their back and on their sides. My late partner was so quiet I often had to list to see if she was still breathing. Then she started sleeping on her back and the funny noises started. A tiny nudge got her to roll over and no more noises.

My family there were 7 of us. Mom tried birth control but it affected her mind. Later, my dad started snoring and she moved downstairs. No more kids. His snoring turned to be the best form of birth control.

I have to hit myself because sometimes my snoring wakes me up.
