A super brainy brain is necessary to keep coming up with new and different passwords that you can remember AND that fit all the crazy requirements.

My maiden name, or a previous married name with the @ symbol and my age or house number, or my dogs names with "&" in-between have all worked well for me....
Back when we had towers and so forth and had to have a special place for the computer to live I had a Walmart "Rolodex" right near.
