I survived religion too but I should have woke up way before I did. In the end it was my studies that saved me. Bible study does not always revolve around people and places in a written manner. It can also stir off course and put together all of those little books that made up the one big book. Hell, those people did not even know each other. Knowing each other would have been impossible because of the time frame involved. What did Daniel or Isaiah tell us about Jesus? Nothing,--because Jesus was not born yet.

Doubting your faith simply means the indoctrination has not fully taken. Usually occurs because the doctrine challenges your natural instinctive response. It's your individuality resisting pressure to conform to group think.
