In the Biblical context, according to verses such as Ecclesiastes 9:11, a turtle is seen as a symbol of wisdom, resilience, patience, and virtue. I recently heard this definition attributed to Biden. Bullshit! It's like everything in the Bible. A "turtle" is also a name for a Roman defensive maneuver. He is our ONLY candidate, by default, and is doing all that he can to alienate liberal Democrats like me and pave the way for Trump to waltz into the White House and complete his (and Bannon's) takeover of the government. I feel the same as you about his position on Ukraine, but when the Republicans take over again that will be over, anyway. We are a pariah in the world, and in the United Nations. We are about to be at war with the entire Middle East because of the Zionistic fascists who will stop at nothing but the elimination every Palestinian, men, women and children. For 3000 years the Jewish people have been telling us that their "god "told them that they are the "chosen people" and that Palestine is the "promised land". What percentage of the world's population do they comprise? 1 %? They never had any more right to "Palestine" than the inhabitants who had been there for many generations prior to 1948, and they are still bulldozing more West Bank land and murdering elderly Palestinian families and stealing their farms.
