How about if Everybody just minded their Own business and quit worrying about what others are doing in the bedroom, or what's in their pants?????!!!!!
Which is just creepy anyway.....

It's a very sad reflection on society "norms". In a population, you "normally" expect heterosexual couples. But some people are different, they don't fit into what is "normally" expected. So society encourages them to have radical surgery so they too may be considered "normal".
What is wrong with difference? Variety is the spice of life so it should be celebrated and encouraged. Why can't people live their life as they see fit? Why the pressure society puts on these people to try to be more "normal" and less different via surgery and treatments?
Living in SE Asia, "Western thinking" could learn a lot from "Eastern thinking" on this subject. As always, religions fuck it up for all. They just can't let people live and let live. They need to conform.
