My hens give me eggs so I have no concerns about treatment. Hard boiled & pickled preferred.

I have never tried a pickled egg. Have to look out for it.

@Jolanta Make your own by submerging hard boiled in the liquid salvaged from hot peppers, pickle juice, garlic & your own dill or hot peppers. Takes awhile but the texture & flavor is unique.

They are also terrible for the environment and a major cause of animal abuse! I like my eggs plant based.

Are you a vegetarian?

@Jolanta I'm an informed and caring vegan. I don't know if you get Netflix there but a brand new show, "You are what you eat" has changed many peoples lives. What we eat has more affect on the natural environment than anything else one can do (except having kids).
We once went to Vietnam and they had eggs that were a little different. There some eggs were fertilized and a baby chick was growing inside so the person got extra protein.

Scrambled.

With a small amount of bacon or salmon.

I've been cooking up hard boiled eggs, to keep in the fridge for unexpected times when I'm suddenly hungry. Better than getting into the junk food snack box. My favorite way to eat eggs is poached on toast. Yum!

I love poached eggs, or eggs and soldiers.

@Jolanta I had to look up "eggs and soldiers" and that looks like a great way to eat soft boiled eggs! I love learning different terms for food from other countries!

I see a recipe for making it in my Instant Pot/Air Fryer. Sound like something I should make for myself this weekend!
