Using the phrase 'seeing things from another's perspective' might be a bit confusing. A clearer way to express this idea is 'recognizing another's perspective.' We may acknowledge another's viewpoint without fully understanding or agreeing with it. This doesn't mean adopting their perspective; rather, it involves allowing space for diverse viewpoints with kindness and grace. Doing so doesn't compromise your beliefs or values; instead, it fosters understanding and empathy which ultimately speaks to the soundness of your own values and beliefs.
