No, she was totally fucking wrong.
That's the worst thing any candidate should say. You don't say it anywhere when you are running to get votes. She took the race for granted. That's how you lost the election even after Obama gave you a lot of goodwill to run on. Only an idiot like you would deliver the White House on a silver platter to someone like Trump, else he had no remote chance to win. You are the second worst thing that happened to Democrats after Al Gore. She demonstrated that she was entitled to the office because she was a Clinton.

You are correct but people also assumed that if she was elected it meant that Bill would be back.

People were either ignorant of what she actually said about the two baskets or deliberately omitted the empathetic non-deplorable basket. Right wing propagandists did the latter.
I think Hillary was spot on at the time, but after all the subsequent years it becomes impossible to empathize with those still supporting Trump regardless of being in the other basket when Hillary made the comment.
That said Hillary is not a great person. Like Biden she is NOT TRUMP, so I vote to stave off authoritarian subterfuge (eg Project 2025). I would vote for Weekend at Bernie’s Biden to prevent that outcome.
