right because in ancient times there were many wars fought over individual huntings and gatherings, not people's overall societal achievements and what they had. What was done is all these idiotic people that could only manage to hunt and gather were conquered (which was really easy conquering individuals) and then all these individuals became citizens because well...that's where it's at. Dumb motherfuckers had to be killed to show them.

hmmm, I wonder who wrote history? What would they write about those they conquered? I'm not talking thousands of years ago which is as far back as "history" goes with any certainty.
