An idea based on a post by countrycuz666:

I'm tempted to add a yes-no section to application forms:

vaccines cause autism
Earth is flat
GMOs are dangerous
Climate change is fake news
Homeopathy works
Jerry Jones is a genius
Clean coal is real

And some simple riddles like this:

Which month has 28 days?

What am I missing? As long as I stay away from race, sex, ethnicity, yada yada, is there a legal problem if the test is always fairly administered?

Jerry Jones, the Cowboys owner? I have a lot of words to describe that horrid, horrid human being. Genius is definitely not one of them 😉

“Which month has 28 days?”

It’s a trick question. They all do.

I'm sure there is for barring people from employment based on their beliefs, an interesting idea though!

@OroLee, believing the world is flat could definitely be argued to be a religious belief.
