You probably could have sold it to some folks here on Kaua'i last night, if the price was right. We had quite a bit of flooding overnight. The river by my home rose from it's usual 6 feet, to 23 feet! It's currently down to 13 feet. Even though it was sunny and dry this afternoon and evening, we are still under a flash flood watch. An ark might have sounded great for some folks over night!
