Looks good. If I had better balance I would get back into that and exercising too.

                                        You can do yoga lying on a mat, sitting and standing. You don't have to balance on one leg. There are yoga classes for people in wheelchairs.
Yoga improves your balance, strength and flexibility. And it's calming.
