A serious political divide has led to culture/class wars which in turn had invoked revolution in some. Concentrations of wealth may have played a slight role in such, but who needs arguments over wealth distribution when you got two-Party politics that are actively promoting fear and hatred of one another? That's what our politics have come to... belittling and dehumanizing one another which only seeks to further the divide, while the politicians are left largely unaffected by all of that. Speaking of wealth distributions, maybe it's time we question the wealth of these politicians? Afterall, being a servant of the public interest should not necessarily equate to high wealth and status at the taxpayer expense.
