BUT sometimes you have to feel the anger to deal with it. We can't be happy all the time, not in this world.

Not in any world, but some people get angry about stupid things that do not matter. Just because someone is taking their time in moving off the red light in traffic or that you have to stand in line for a few more minutes because someone is taking their time paying for their groceries, etc, etc.
@Jolanta We have forgotten basic human kindness, patience, and tolerance.
