Like a good old Law & Order episode, this cartoon was "ripped from the headlines." Right-wing media recently aired a misleading video clip (with a mendacious voice over) showing Joe Biden apparently aimlessly wandering off. That media lie was quickly debunked with the help of video of the same event from other camera angles. They show that Joe was NOT wandering, but was in fact greeting a nearby parachutist who had just landed and was outside the first camara's field of view.
