[economictimes.indiatimes.com] A ransomware group named LockBit has claimed to have hacked into the servers of the US Federal Reserve and is alleged to have stolen 33 terabytes of sensitive data pertaining to the banking information of Americans. In a post in the dark web, the group said that it is negotiating with the Central Bank and would release the data by Tuesday, if it is not paid a ransom amount.
