What's worse? Mass genocide or mass circumcision?

Circumcision is one of the most unnecessary and human rights violations ever dreamed up by the religiously impaired. Whether its purpose was a religious ritual or just a failed attempt to prevent masturbation, it is butchery, plain and simple. I mean, why cut off the end of a perfectly good penis?
