Nord Stream. A couple of weeks ago it was reported the new story is private Ukranian citizens did it, sailing a yacht there, but that the government of Ukraine had no idea. I'll let you look it up. Always a BS story but there it was. The US did it. The thing with plausible deniability, it has to be plausible. Biden flagged intention, they had means and oppourtunity and profited from the crime, the only one to profit really. Kirby and Nuland gleefully celebrating it's destruction, describing it as a wonderful oppourtunity for the US, doesn't indicate innocence either. Think about it, if the US did not know who or how they would be overturning every stone to find out who attacked NATO allies major energy infrastructure. Instead the US vetoed an UN investigation into the incident. Biden's baby (I think he has been demented from the start as a sane potus would not have approved it.)

And yes this pipeline has been open, transiting through Ukraine from which Ukraine get transit fees, the whole time. Russia has not dishonoured those payments which is the real bizarre thing. But it does confirm the Kremlin view that this is a special military operation rather than a war. Ironically, the gas transited through Ukraine is also sold back to them. Goes to Hungary or Romania or somewhere close like that.

I posted a few weeks ago, Putin paying out German reporters, saying they are the ones who sanctioned Russia, refusing to buy Russian gas. Instead they get from India and Turkey who get it from..................guess who? Russia. He also pointed out Nord Stream 1 is still operational, all they need do is give the word and Russia can turn the tap back on. Saying the US is laughing, selling gas to Europe for maximum profit. He really rips it into them basically saying "How stupid are you?". I found it funny the look at the German reporters faces and them squirming in their seats.

It was lucky it was a mild Winter last year. Germany's industrial base is shrinking rapidly. But at least a wedge was driven between Russia and Europe, which is what Ukraine has always been about. Getting a bit too cozy they were. Putin was being invited to attend weddings etc and Putin and Merkel had a very good relationship (always found that weird as he was former KGB in East Germany and she's East German ie you would think she would hate him).
