You know what really pisses me off?? When people say they want to hang out with you but then never make an effort to or even worse make a plethora of excuses why they can't.. there's always time if you make it, clearly if people don't make time for you then you're not their priority and especially one I wouldn't ever consider to be in a relationship with.

I used to have a plethora of friends-I belonged to this singles group Events and Adventures. That was 6 years ago. Aside from likes on FB I haven't seen or been contacted by any of them in 3 years except my ex. They got sick and tired of me being sick and tired. Now that I'm well we've gone our separate ways. Yes sometimes friendship is convenient.

I've found from friends to family I offer my friendship only to get kicked in the nuts so I look for peoples chinks in there armour and stay on my own with my always loving four-legged friends mostly. I love this site though and really glad I found it.

I don't have many friends. All my friends are too busy to hang out. Except today, my buddy, Ben wants to have dinner. We have not caught up in 3 months.

Yea everyone's running around out for their own.. my grandpa once told me that you'd be a lucky man to have at least 1 true best friend in your life. As it seems relationships come an go, people change' but none the less, I hope you have fun with ben!
I did. We cooked noodles and BBQ chicken.
My friend vanished few months after my husband passed....all of my friends.

Yeah, I typically drop those people. I think one definition of an unhealthy relationship is one where one party clearly puts more effort into it than the other.
