@Scott321 The reality is that this is just the beginning of climate change. The water is gonna continue to rise. The heat is gonna continue to rise. This will result in yet more powerful and wetter hurricanes than we’ve already scene. And the storm surges of 15’-20’ feet will pale in comparison to what they’re gonna be in the next 30 years.
Don’t wait too long to get out, cuz if you do your property value is likely gonna take a shit. Sell it now before all them right wing nutters figure out Florida is screwed…..‍
