If you live in the Keys, it’s past time to consider selling…..

From the article:
The community, about 30 miles south of where Hurricane Milton made landfall Wednesday, sits across a bay from Englewood, between Fort Myers and Sarasota.
For someone who has it in for Florida, lecturing us about tropical doom, as you do, you might look at a map and take notice where the Florida Keys are compared to the place the article is discussing.
Firstly, I’m not lecturing anyone about tropical doom. I’m merely pointing out the serious effects of climate change in Florida to the folks in the back of the room with the ear plugs in.
Secondly, I did indeed read the article before I posted it, and therefore am well aware of the location of Manasota Key.
I’m also quite aware of the elevations of all of the “lower” keys, and what 20’ of storm surge will leave behind when they do take a direct hit, which isn’t gonna be much, kind of like Manasota!?
I’m sorry you find me pointing out facts offensive. Maybe that means you find truth in my words and need to be getting on down the road.
FYI, looks like Nadine is gonna miss Florida to the south, you’re welcome!!
Amazing that you know exactly what happened to Manasota, and your big concern is I might not know Manasotas location and not that The Keys could be next….
